Conflict Shepherd™

Conflict doesn’t have to break us, but our response to it can.

What’s missing in our response?

Love.

Not the kind the movies taught us.

The kind that builds capacity, courage, and clarity.

For the past two decades, my scholarship and work has been dedicated to putting that definition of

love into action.

Today, I work with organizations at three key stages:

1) proactively

First, proactively—helping leaders and teams build the skills and tools to navigate conflict before it escalates. I equip organizations with strategies to create cultures rooted in accountability, resilience, and real dialogue.

2) in crisis

Next, in crisis—I step in when tensions have reached a breaking point. I stabilize the situation, facilitate crucial conversations, and help teams understand conflict at both a structural and systemic level, so they can move beyond reaction and toward resolution.

3) over the long term

And third, for the long term—I guide organizations in embedding conflict resilience into their DNA. Because true transformation isn’t about avoiding conflict—it’s about building the capacity to engage it effectively.

But I don’t just work behind the scenes. Through

keynote speaking workshops, and trainings,

I help leaders, teams, and communities reframe their relationship to conflict. My talks challenge conventional thinking, offering a new lens on leadership, justice, and the role of love in shaping how we work and live together. And my workshops? They’re not about quick fixes or surface-level solutions—they’re about equipping people with real, actionable tools to build conflict fluency and foster deeper, more resilient relationships.

Because conflict isn’t just about individual disagreements. It’s about the systems we operate in, the cultures we create, and the ways we show up for one another. When we learn to engage conflict with intentionality—not passivity, not avoidance, but with love as an active, justice-driven force—we create organizations where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to thrive.

If you’re ready to rethink conflict and build a stronger foundation for your team or organization, let’s talk. Explore my work, get in touch, and let’s build a future where

conflict isn’t a breaking point—it’s a turning point.

let’s chat.
